Stelrad Radiators electric radiator series was awarded a Highly Commended in the Domestic Heating Product of the Year award category at the recently unveiled HVR Awards in London.
The awards were held at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London in September. For over a decade the awards ceremony has been a key event on the HVAC calendar. The Heating and Ventilating Review Awards have been an opportunity to participate in a quality awards process and to attend the awards event and be in a room with the industry’s leading personnel and businesses. It’s an event that has seen Stelrad presented with a variety of awards in different categories over the years.
This year’s celebrity MC for the awards was actor and ex-East Enders favourite Shaun Williamson and it was he who announced that Stelrad had been awarded a ‘Highly Commended’ for the entry for the new electrical radiator series that has taken off in a big way this year.
“It’s always nice to be recognised in the awards we enter each year,” says Head of Marketing Chris Harvey. “We have a decent track record of walking off with the trophies at the HVR Awards and whilst it was a shame to get pipped at the post this year, we were recognised for the quality of the entry we made and for the new electric radiator series which has made a major impact in the HVAC sector this year.”
As we go to press with this story we are still waiting to hear the outcome of the HVAC Oscars – the H&V News Awards at the end of November – in which we have been shortlisted in three separate categories.
