VERTICAL ULTRA RADIATOR FAQs
Is an Ultra slim vertical radiator a good choice?
Yes, combining both fantastic, modern design with high performance, an Ultra slim vertical radiator is more than capable of meeting the demands of room heating whilst looking great in a modern interior design. If you’ve always wanted to fit a vertical radiator in a room but so far have resisted, the Ultra is a great choice that is available in multiple colours too.
Is the towel rail optional on the Ultra vertical radiator?
Yes, the towel rails are an optional extra for the Ultra vertical radiator that must be purchased separately, so if you prefer this without, you can order as a standalone radiator. The towel rail bars can be an ideal solution for drying kitchen towels and cloths if placed in a kitchen, or even as an alternative to bathroom towel radiators. You can choose up to 3 towel rail bars to add and order these directly from our accessories page.
Will Ultra vertical radiators perform better than horizontal ones?
Radiator performance will depend on the room it is installed in and its size. Vertical Ultra radiators are available as a double panel K2 which provides more heating performance when compared to a single panel K1 radiator. Whether you choose a vertical or horizontal radiator is entirely down to your room preference and whether or not this can fit. It’s best to use our BTU calculator to work out whether a K1, K2 or even a K3 radiator would be best for performance for the room you need before purchase.
