We are proud to be confirmed as official sponsors of the Heating Installer Awards 2023 for the second year in a row. The competition rewards the best in the business, finding the best installers in the UK who deserve recognition for their hard work across the year. The prestigious awards are being held for the eighth year and are looking for a successor to last year’s national winner John Cruickshank, as well as a new Rising Star and Sustainable Installer (North & South).
The awards will be open for entries starting 3rd October 2022 and will be open until 24th February 2023 to provide plenty of time for applications to be submitted. The shortlisted nominees will then be assessed before the winners are announced on 28th June 2023.
There will be in-person events being held where shortlisted installers, as well as winners from previous years, will be invited to attend, including a regional winner’s event being hosted by us following on from our previous successful hosting. This year’s ceremony will be held at Birmingham’s NEC at the Installer Show 2023.

About the Heating Installer Awards
The Heating Installer Awards recognise the achievements over the last year of the many incredible installers that work across the UK. As well as the overall National Winner, there will be a Rising Star award for the industry’s apprentices to enter, and a Most Sustainable Installer award that recognises those considering the environment and the impact their work has. Eleven regions will also be celebrated as Regional Winners. This ensures every corner of the UK has a chance to become championed for their commitment and expertise.
Once the entries close in February 2023, the judging panel will carefully review each application. Meeting at Danfoss, the panel consists of technical specialists from all sponsors, and representatives from the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE), the independent professional body. The winners will be determined by a combination of judge’s scores, a public vote, and independently reviewed technical challenges.
Enter the 2023 Awards!
If you are interested in entering this year’s competition, it’s free to enter and you will need to submit a project case study to showcase your work and results. This should highlight fantastic customer service, technical expertise, and intuitive product selection that you feel worthy to share with the judging panel. As an added incentive, shortlisted finalists can look forward to a prize bundle worth £10,000 that includes Polypipe products and prizes from sponsors, including Stelrad.
